1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card and PayPal payments. We take the following credit cards:

2. How long does it take to receive my products?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. We currently ship orders via USPS and FedEx. There are occasional delays with USPS. In our experience, FedEx is the most reliable option.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. All orders ship from Tennessee or California (within the United States).
If you are outside of the United States, expect orders to take 10-15 business days on average to arrive.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped out.
If you haven't received the tracking number after 4 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
In the event that you choose USPS and the shipping status has not changed 2 weeks after you received tracking information, we're happy to send you your entire order via FedEx. You just pay the difference in the shipping charge vs. USPS, essentially a free, just pay shipping situation.
For example, let's say you paid $7 for USPS and we charge $16 to ship your order via FedEx, we would require you to just send us the difference in shipping, $9.
Understand that once the order is handed off to the courier, it is out of our control. At this point, the delivery of your order is reliant on them, not us.
International orders can sometimes be delayed due to customs. When this occurs, delivery is completely out of our control. Every country's regulations are different.
3. What is your refund and return policy?
If you have received products that appear to be damaged or have a quality problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must send pictures of the products in question for us to warrant a refund or to resend the products.
If it has been 60 days and you have not received your order, we will warrant a refund. We proudly stand behind our 60 day money back guarantee and only want to provide a fantastic customer experience!
If a refund is warranted, we will process a refund for the original price of the product as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them.
You may cancel any order as long as you contact customer service at email@example.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
After 2 hours, your order cannot be cancelled.
