2. How long does it take to receive my products?
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase with the tracking number when your order has been shipped out.
If you haven't received the tracking number after 4 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are located in the USA, expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days.
If you are outside of the United States expect orders to take 10-25 business days on average to arrive.

Due to customs, sometimes the delivery of products can be delayed. When this occurs, delivery is completely out of our control. Every country's regulations are different.
3. What is your refund and return policy?
If you have received products that appear to be damaged or have a quality problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must send pictures of the products for us to warrant a refund or to resend the products.

If a refund is warranted, we will process a refund for the original price of the product as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them.
If you would like to make an exchange please make sure to include payment information for return shipping. (Either an email linked to PayPal or card information.)
You may cancel any order as long as you contact customer service at email@example.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
After 2 hours, your order cannot be cancelled.
