2. How long does it take to receive my products?
Orders are processed within 1 business day if they are shipped from the United States, but can take up to 4 business days to be processed before they are shipped out depending upon where we're shipping from.
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase with the tracking number when your order has been shipped out.
If you haven't received the tracking number after 4 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend upon a variety of different factors:

C. The Demand Of The Items You Ordered
If you are in the United States, we will ship from our United States warehouse unless we run out of stock and need to ship from China.
In most cases, expect your order to arrive within 4-7 days. If we need to ship from China, it will take 2-3 weeks for you to receive your order.
If you are outside of the United States, most orders will be shipped from China. We do ship select items from Australia and Germany, which helps speed up the delivery time for our customers in Australia and Europe, but unfortunately are not able to do this for all items at this time.
If you are outside of the United States expect orders to take 2-5 weeks on average to arrive.

Due to customs, sometimes the delivery of products can be delayed. When this occurs, delivery is completely out of our control. Every country's regulations are different.
3. What is your refund and return policy?
If you have received products that appear to be damaged or have a quality problem, please contact us at email@example.com. You must send pictures of the products for us to warrant a refund or to resend the products.
If it has been 60 days and you have not received your order, we will warrant a refund. We proudly stand behind our 60 day money back guarantee and only want to provide a fantastic customer experience!
If a refund is warranted, we will process a refund for the original price of the product as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them.
